So says Lloyd Marcus in an article at American Thinker titled “The MSM’s and Left’s Racism on Parade in Ferguson:
As a black American whom liberals have called a stupid N word on numerous occasions for touting my conservative views, I get the feeling the MSM’s unspoken opinion is as followed. N****** have a right to act like n******. America should understand and compassionately tolerant it. This is pure racism and bigotry of low expectations.
It’s amazing to see how cowardly the liberals are in the mainstream media. They cannot bring themselves to report the truth and instead hold to the narrative of a racist white America.
Whatever happens in this country, never forget that the side that self-styles itself as “compassionate” cannot find the compassion to tell the truth about a bunch of thugs. Their self-serving narrative is more important than the lives of actual people. Never forget, and never let them forget.
And hire a proofreader, Lloyd. 🙂
Kevin Jackson also has a good article on the subject: “Black Racism is Politically Correct“:
I was waiting to be interviewed on CNN the other night, and I was listening in advance of my appearance to an interview of a Missouri legislator said to Don Lemmon, [pp] “The way for Ferguson Missouri to improve public relations is to have more black cops.”
Can you imagine the reaction if a city asked for more white cops?
This call for “blackness” as an answer to what’s plaguing the black community is happening a lot, and quite frankly is disturbing.
Pretty soon when we go to a store, black people will only be able to be helped by black people. Imagine a warped world where only somebody of your same COLOR could help you?!
“Colorization” seems to be the answer to all things for Liberals, and is most important to black Liberals. More black is supposed to be better. It never is!
Contrast this bold (and quite conservative) statement with what the increasingly off-the-conservative-reservation Jonah Goldberg:
It looks like the Missouri Governor made the right call bringing in the state police and Captain Ron Johnson, an African American from Ferguson. I’m sure the guy is qualified and he seemed pretty impressive from what I’ve seen and his decision to demilitarize things as quickly as possible was inspired. But part of his success stems from the fact he’s black. And that’s okay.
I think this should be an educational data point for those who think any nods towards racial diversity are ideologically suspect. I am as against racial quotas as anyone, but the idea that police forces shouldn’t take into account the racial or ethnic make-up of their communities when it comes to hiring has always struck me as bizarre. A Chinese-American cop will probably have an easier time in Chinatown than a Norwegian-American cop. A bilingual Hispanic cop will have similar advantages in a mostly Spanish-speaking neighborhood.
Rather than accepting the premises of Cultural Marxism, I’m with Mr. Jackson on this. Jonah, try thinking like a conservative from time to time.
