Although the Demagogues (may God damn every one of them to the deepest pits of Hell for all eternity) will fundraise no matter what happens, Dr. Ford's failure to show up Monday will expose her as a liar for the voters. It would also help if someone in the GOP was smart enough to bring Keith Ellison's accuser in to contrast "the woman always tells the truth" regarding Kavanaugh with "we refuse to consider her accusation" regarding Ellison. And then bring Juanita Broaddrick in to identify all the Demagogues who refused to consider her accusation.

It's long past time for the GOP to play hardball. The hearing should have been this week, with the confirmation vote probably merely postponed a single day. That would minimize how much the Demagogues gained by their vicious dirty politics. It's bad enough that Kavanaugh's reputation is already permanently besmirched.

That is the only thing which will teach the Dims a lesson. Otherwise, they always have a no-lose situation which pulling such crap on Reps.

Your suggestions are good, but I have my doubts that the Reps will even consider such clever tactics.

Did you see where that idiot Bush lackey Matthew Dowd called Justice Thomas a sexual predator or something along those lines? This is another reason Reps don't play hardball, their ranks are full of RINOs and Dims in disguise.

Actually, it's safe to say that never-Trumper trash like Matthew Dowd and Jennifer Rubin (not to mention former Rep. Joe Scarborough) are no longer conservative. Even Jonah Goldberg is able to see the issue clearly, but then he hasn't surrounded himself with leftist activist newsliars masquerading as genuine journalists.

In addition to the witnesses I mentioned, the GOP should also bring in an FBI representative to explain why Ford's (and the Demagogues') demand for an FBI investigation is idiotic at best -- and more likely totally dishonest (just as every single Demagogue is).

It looks like the FBI ploy isn't working, though. Lindsey Graham, Bob Corker, and even Jeff the Flake have all said that if leftist activist and Demagogue hack Ford doesn't show up to testify, they should just vote Kavanaugh in. I suspect she'll show up after all in order to make a big emotional show of being bullied by asking even mild questions designed to elicit further information about her vague (and false) accusation.

The Judiciary Committee Demagogues have been demonstrating why none should be on the committee. Several of the vermin have proclaimed not only that they believe Ford without looking at the evidence (such as it is), but have done so on the basis that men are always guilty and women never lie (viciously sexist bigotry), or that accusation is sufficient for condemnation (denial of due process and presumption of innocence), that Ford should not have to face the man she accused (a basic historical legal right). Of course, we all know that their only concern is blocking Kavanaugh. They've shown regarding the likes of Juanita Broaddrick and Karen Monahan that they don't believe any of their slime.

So what should Charles Grassley do next Monday? To start with, he should list every one of these gross offenses (not to mention the personal attacks on the GOP members of the committee) and cite every one of the Demagogues who engaged in each -- and point out why such people have no business being on the Judiciary Committee. Then he should cite Tawana Brawley, the Duke lacrosse team, the UVA case, and mattress girl -- and point out that every one of these vermin has basically proclaimed that the innocent men in each case should have been convicted. Then he should bring Broaddrick and Monahan to testify to their experiences, and give these vermin their chance to live up to their professed principles or have their blatant hypocrisy exposed to the public.

When a dog craps on the carpet, you start by rubbing its face in it as a lesson. That's what Grassley needs to do to each of these vermin -- long pig Hirono (D-HI), sow Feinswein (D-CA), camel-face Harris (D-CA), mother of lies Gillibrand (D-NY), and viper's get Blumenthal (D-CT). (The D, of course, stands for Disgusting.)

Then, after that, they can testify and be questioned by lawyers -- assuming false accuser Ford actually shows up, having demanded to testify some other time (delay, delay, delay), that Kavanaugh go first (before she has given the full version of her story), and that only Senators question her (forcing a bunch of male Republicans to question and be denounced as misogynists no matter what they ask). I would recommend Judge Jeannine Pirro as the temporary GOP staff lawyer.

Among other things, false accuser Ford's lawyers/liars have demanded -- in contradiction to centuries of Anglo-American jurisprudence -- that the accused testify before the accuser. They clearly -- as lawyers -- are concerned with partisan power politics, not justice. I think Grassley should explain this -- and recommend that the Bar Association institute disbarment proceedings against all the Demagogues who have attacked the legal system through their dishonest demands. Rub their faces very thoroughly in their own crap.

One can wish Grassley would follow your suggestions, but don't hold your breath.

Once again, the Dims are thinking longer term than the Reps. Even if they don't stop Kavanaugh's appointment, they will have poisoned the future of Rep Supreme Court nominees. The message is now very clear that everyone the Reps appoint will be subjected to this type of rubbish. To counter this, the Reps must cause the Dims some type of pain.

Disbarment proceedings would help deal with the matter, but the reality is that accusations like this are going to be the future of all SCOTUS nominations (and not just there). The GOP is finally beginning to grasp that they can't disarm themselves, but have to fight fire with fire. In particularly, there are at least some who realize that the purpose of these dubious accusations is to make it difficult to find anyone willing to face this form of political assassinations.

More news on the demise of America.

https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/washington-secrets/1-in-3-fail-us-citizenship-test-just-19-for-americans-45-and-younger

Americans' have always been pretty dense as regards history, but it is pretty clear that the left-wing school system has worked wonders in defining density down.

I've seen similar reports. Bill O'Reilly has, or used to have, a citizenship test among his quizzes (I haven't checked in quite a while). Of course, this is a reminder of the point made in the Thernstroms' America in Black and White that Jim Crow schooling was designed to keep blacks ignorant of their Constitutional rights. The only difference is that now they seek to do this to everyone.

Speaking of "stupid, vulgar, and ignorant", two of the three were demonstrated in abundance by social media leftists today. Lindsey Graham was talking with one of the Goldbergs last night, and the subject of attacks on accusers came up. Graham noted that a really bad example was that the accusation is what happens when you drag a $100 bill through a trailer park. It was quickly noted by both that he wasn't talking about false accuser Ford (who doesn't live in a trailer park, and never has as far as I know). But quickly leftists began falsely smearing Graham of having smeared the false accuser.

In reality, of course, he was referring to an infamous sneer directed against Paula Jones by Slick Willie spokesliar Iago Carville. Obviously, a lot of leftists are either too young to know about it, or have carefully tossed this incident into a memory hole. And they're obviously too stupid to realize that it could hardly be a reference to Ford -- especially after both Graham and Goldberg said it wasn't.

I'll admit that it would have been better if either Graham or Goldberg had explained the context. Whether that would have prevented the smears is another matter.

Incidentally, a friend of mine then lived in a trailer park with his parents. I always thought of Iago Carville's comment as a slur on her as well as other women living in trailer parks. I've never forgiven him for that vicious slur, and probably never will (though she died around 2000 or so).
