I don't know why the activists would revolt against companies that are on their side. (I don't know where the writer got the idea that these companies are considered apolitical. They do pretend to be, but that pretense is wearing increasingly thin.) Ah, well, when leftists fight leftists over politics, conservatives need popcorn. One wonders what the strikers think their leftist bosses had to do with electing Trump. Not fighting him openly enough, perhaps? But there's a price for that, not that leftist activists would be capable of realizing that.

And you obviously noticed the line from the dumb-ass writer that said:

The tech industry has widely been considered to be relatively apolitical (and even antisocial).

What bubble is this guy living in? As you said, these workers are revolting against those who are on their side.

But since when has the mob ever had a brain? These are just people who are unsatisfied with their lives because they worship at the temple of Leftism, a religion that is wired to keep you agitated and unhappy. So they wish to eat their masters even though the masters are their high priests.

Nobody said the Left didn’t induce craziness….unless it was the crazy ones who said so. Robots will be so much nicer to work with than these Social Justice Warriors. You can just turn off the robots and reprogram them if they are misbehaving. Welcome to soon-to-be “Do you want fires with that?” generation.

I use an air popper for my popcorn. I prefer the white kernel popcorn as opposed to the yellow. And real butter, but only a small amount.

I believe a large percentage of these techies are socially inept odd balls to begin with. They spend too much time with machines and not with people. The fact that they are now making a lot of money does not change the fact that 30 or 40 years back they were the Nerds who everyone made fun of. I guess they still haven't gotten over it.

I use an older version of this popcorn popper. It works very well.
