DEMOCRATIC PRINCIPLE means a simple majority rules.
The U.S. Constitution was and is an ambitious and fragile thing. It was conceived and written with the thought that people could govern themselves by using Christian beliefs. This thought is not stated anywhere within its contents but is implied everywhere within, and The Declaration of Independence states it plainly.
It is said and to some extent proved that lawyers where at first excluded from any elected position of government. There were safeguards to prevent the Federal Government and or the States from becoming too powerful.
Where within the Constitution are the rights of the people or the rights of the states given to the “rulings” of the nine unelected judges of the supreme Court?
This Constitution plainly guaranteed to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, Article IV, section 4. This means a government of the people and by the people. So, over a period of 239 years we the people delegate this power to elected people of our choice to represent us using the democratic principle of majority rules to perform in our stead.
